is the entry level to the fully automated printing line from Baccini. It comes with Baccini's patented paper process protection with automatic feeding. 1200 cells/hour for Wafer size up to 8 inches.

SOLAR AUTO ROTARY TABLE

is the entry level to fully automated printing line from Baccini. AOI is incorporated to check for pre-print and post-print wafer quality. Four print nests synchronizes well with Baccini made torque motor to achieve a high throughput of 1500 cells/hr.

SOLAR LINE

is the full blown automatic line including multiple printers and dryer configuration suitable for a 25MW production capacity

TEST and SORT Line

fully automates edge isolation, electrical testing and sorting process of completed solar cells. Cells are sorted according to their electrical and visual performance into 16 Modular sort station. Up to 48 sorting bins is possible. Automatic feeding of boxes ensures continuous sorting production.
